Roof Replacement in Rivercrest Terrace, Richland

The chimney on this Rivercrest Terrace roof got fresh metal flashing where it meets the new shingles. Around it we laid about 33 squares of CertainTeed Patriot XL in Trufflewood, with a shingle over ridge vent along the top and black metal valleys where the front gable ties in. A few box vents and pipe boots are spread across the back slope. Big shade trees line the streets around Snyder St, so the warm color blends right in.
