About This Project
This south Kennewick home near W 33rd Ave and S Cascade St needed a full re-roof. Our crew tore off the old roof down to the deck, and once the shingles were up we found deteriorated decking, so we replaced 15 sheets of plywood before anything new went down. We then installed 34 squares (about 3,400 square feet) of GAF Timberline NS architectural shingles in Barkwood, with clean open metal valleys. The whole job was finished in two days and is backed by the GAF System Plus warranty.
