Roof Replacement in Washington Park, Richland

Not every roof has to be gray or black, and this Washington Park home is a good example. For this roof replacement in Richland we went with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Evergreen, about 20 squares in all. It’s a hip roof, so each corner runs up to a capped hip line instead of a gable end. The low roof vents and pipe boots on the back slopes were all flashed into the new shingles, and the green sits well against the big trees in the yard.
