Roof Replacement off C St SW, Ephrata

Two materials went on this Ephrata house off C St SW. Most of the roof is CertainTeed Landmark in Silver Birch, a light gray, and the low slope section out back got NuRay NRM-2000 standing seam metal in Winter White, since shingles aren’t made for a pitch that shallow. We flashed the shingles in around the brick chimney and capped every hip line. The whole roof replacement in Ephrata came to about 19 and a half squares.
